    Jiaogulan Tea, (German:Jiaogulan Tee, latin: Gynostemma pentaphyllum), is a herb native to Southern China. As we all know, it has very high nutritional value. But before Introducing the tea, we want to introduce some of the correct way to use the tea.     2. Do not drink overnight tea! Please make tea in the morning, then to drink a cup of tea in the fasting state.

    Gynostemma pentaphyllum tea has been studied in a randomized controlled trial in type 2 diabetic patients. It may have potential as a hypoglycemic treatment to reduce blood glucose.

    This is the best tasting Jiaogulan tea very light in taste and smooth. From the almost magical ability this tea has to increase my stamina and strength during work outs and the dramatic shifts I can feel in my body when under work related stress, this tasty and organic tea has become a part of my daily routine.
