Yang yan gou qing tea originated in historical and cultural city - Linhai. It's a famous green tea.
The name Gou Qing (translates to Green Hook) is given due to the special hook-like appearance of its tea leaves.

    Appearance:
Downy, small, curvy tea leaves that unfurl into fresh green color leaves with one-bud and one-to-two leaves when infused.
    Taste:
An outstanding tea with unique characteristics that rival China's Ten Famous Tea. Yang Yan Gou Qing is a highly aromatic tea with a smooth and delicately sweet taste.
    Origin:
Lin Hai, TaiZhou, Zhejiang Province, China

Use about 2 grams of tea leaves (1-2 teaspoons) for every 150ml of water. Steep tea leaves in hot water at 70°c (158°F) to 80°c (176°F) for 1 minute for the first and second brewing.
